Position: Production Planning Engineer

We are seeking a Production Planning Engineer to join our Engineering and R&D Directorate at our Headquarters Office in İvedik. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of Industrial Engineering and will play a crucial role in optimizing our production processes.

Key Qualifications and Experience

·        Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (preferably with knowledge of SAP PP and MM modules).

·        Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and 5S methodologies.

·        Experience in production process optimization and automation projects is preferred.

·        Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

·        Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or similar for data analysis and process automation is a plus.

·        Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

·        Develop, update, and monitor production plans for various projects.

·        Track production processes through ERP/MRP systems.

·        Plan capacity and resources to enhance production line efficiency.

·        Conduct on-site production activities within the scope of Lean Manufacturing and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.

·        Monitor production according to the plan, analyze deviations, and implement necessary actions.

·        Play an active role in effective inventory management projects.

·        Participate in digital transformation projects related to production planning processes.
