We are seeking talented Mechanical Design Engineers to
strengthen our team at the Central Design Office (İvedik), under the Powertrain And Driveline Systems Directorate of CASE INDUSTRY GROUP, which operates in the field of Powertrain
and Driveline Systems.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on precision mechanical systems, complex mechanisms, power transmission systems, and gear mechanisms.
- Proficient in using CAD software (preferably Inventor,
Catia).
- Proficient in using PLM software.
- Knowledgeable in FEM; experienced in interpreting and
guiding design using simulation results.
- Familiar with design methodologies focused on Cost (DfC),
Assembly (DfA), Manufacturing (DfM), Safety (DfS), and Maintenance (DfM).
- Strong understanding of standard machine elements, fluid
mechanics, engine and sensor technologies, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of basic manufacturing techniques such as
machining, sheet metal forming, and welding; and familiar with next-generation
manufacturing technologies.
- Preferably experienced in at least one of the following
manufacturing methods: casting, modeling, extrusion, injection molding, or
plastic forming.
- Knowledgeable in materials such as metals, composites, and
plastics.
- Experienced in surface coating and painting processes.
- Preferably experienced in reading CMM reports.
- Preferably knowledgeable in EN 60601, EN 1789, ISO 13485,
and IP standards.
- Proficient in technical drawing standards and ASME Y14.5
GD&T.
- Knowledgeable in reliability analysis: FMEA, FTA, MTBF,
MTTR.
- Competent in preparing and presenting technical reports.
- Experienced in creating product catalogs.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM

- Take responsibility for the mechanical design activities
in ongoing projects.
- Collaborate actively with system, hardware, analysis, and
industrial design teams to deliver mechanical design solutions.
- Plan and follow long-term goals for assigned projects.
- Prepare the required technical documentation for the
projects (3D models, BOMs, technical drawings, reports, etc.).
- Research and manage subcontractors for prototype
production; follow up on manufacturing processes.
- Design manufacturing and inspection fixtures when needed
and conduct integration tasks.
- Carry out hardware-level testing and validation of
produced prototypes; design durability test systems and fixtures if needed.
- Participate in lab and field testing and take necessary
responsibilities.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to establish and
optimize production processes.
- Actively contribute to the production and commissioning of
molds required during manufacturing.
- Implement feedback from manufacturability analysis and
update mechanical designs when needed.
- Work with cross-functional teams throughout the product
lifecycle.
